Blueberries

The blueberries are ready! Arabelle has been especially excited for the blueberries to ripen. Bo likes them only if he can pick them, but prefers the blackberries growing wild.

We went out to the blueberry field last week and picked a belly full!

Arabelle might turn blue this summer. :)

Mother's Day

I had a great Mother's Day on Sunday! This was my 4th Mother's Day and they just get sweeter!

This one was very similar to last year's Mother's Day. We went to church, lunch, naps, then played!

I love seeing how they grow from year to year. You can click on the photo to see it larger.

So thankful God has entrusted me with two precious children and a loving husband!

School's Out for Summer!

Arabelle had her last day of 'school' yesterday! This school year flew by and Arabelle grew up a lot!

I've been telling her for the last several days that Wednesday would be her last day of school and she kept asking "Well, then what do we do??". 

We'll have plenty to keep entertained, between the library activities & free movies each week and play dates and park trips through the summer. 

2nd Annual John A & Jean Bloodworth Family Reunion!

We had a great time at the 2nd Annual John A & Jean Bloodworth Family Reunion on Saturday! Last year was the first time we had all gotten together in years and it was so much fun, we did it again! We had it at Daddy & Mama's house and enjoyed great BBQ with all the fixings, and the pool & giant water slide!

Grandpa John A. & Grandma Jean had 3 children, Rose Bloodworth Graham, James Bloodworth, and Johnny Bloodworth (my Grandpa). Each of them have children, grandchildren, and two of the three have great grandchildren! There were a few we missed, but there was a great turn out!

Hello Yellow!

Wednesday was "Yellow Day" at Arabelle's pre-school. I put out two choices for her to wear. A yellow shirt and denim shorts or a yellow skirt and white tank. She choose the yellow shirt and yellow skirt. :)

I went to put a yellow bow in her hair and she held it up to her shirt and said "Mama! This doesn't match!!". :)
