A Beauty

This has been the most stressful and exhausting week, but here's a picture of Arabelle from last Sunday that I wanted to share. 

She LOVES to fix her own hair and I just love the way she looks at herself in the mirror when she gets it just right. :)

I hope she always feels so confident in herself. I definitely felt silly when I went out a couple of weeks ago with my hair styled to match hers. Haha! 

Pampered

Am I spoiled or what!? Arabelle wanted to style my hair today and of course, I said yes!

First, she brushed my hair (for the first time of the day), then put in lots of clips and hair bows on the front and a pony tail in the back.

Lucky for you, I made a video of it all (which is hilarious!):

*I tried not to get myself on the video....I'd been up since 5:30, hadn't washed my face or brushed my hair. :)

I so enjoy special girl time with Arabelle!!

Practicing

Bo has been walking around with a spoon and bowl from Arabelle's play kitchen the last several days. Sometimes he'll be pretending to eat! So, Tuesday morning, I made my oatmeal a bit thicker and gave him a bowl and spoon. He did great when I pre-loaded the spoon with oatmeal and he tried so hard to scoop it himself, but gave in and just picked it up. :) He is growing up too fast!

And a little off topic, but in a few hours, 10 inches of this hair will be GONE! I am SO excited, but one man who shall remain nameless, is not.
