We swam, rested, then had Grandpa's birthday supper at The Steakhouse in Hawkinsville. I'm so glad we always do birthday dinners there because they have a room for our group to eat in. Perfect when there are lots of little kids!
Mae was really happy in the beginning, then had to take a nap in the baby carrier, then was happy again. :) It's hard to go out to eat with a baby, but much easier when there are lots of people to hold and love on her!
Smiling at Grandpa
Check out Bo's face here:
They blew the candles out quickly!
Grandpa with his brother (left) and his sister (to the right of Grandma) and their spouses
Lots of Bloodworth boys!!
Papaw and Mamaw with 6 of their 8 grandchildren. Missed Lindsey, Brian, Caleb, and Jacob!
Giving Papaw a good workout! See what I mean about having our own room at the restaurant!
And hugs good-bye....
By the time Mae nursed and we loaded in the car, it was 8:30 (we got there at 6!). Needless to say, we were all worn out. Arabelle slept the whole way home, despite Mae screaming the entire drive. We got back and Mae ate again and slept until 6:50 Sunday morning.....her best night ever! Poor girl was worn out!
So thankful to celebrate another birthday!
