We are getting excited for Christmas!

Happy 4 months Bo!

Bo is 4 months old today! It's flying by. His 4 mo. appt. isn't until Jan. 4th, but I think he weighs 17 or 18 lbs. He's wearing 9 mo. clothes!

• You love the jump in the jumper and play in the exersaucer.
• I think your favorite thing to do is watch Arabelle play. You just smile and laugh at her!
• You are VERY ticklish!
• You're nursing every 3-4 hours during the day and 1-2x at night (sometimes you wake up more, but just eat 1-2x). You've slept through the night twice, but usually you sleep 6-7 hours, then another 3-4. You go to bed around 7:30-8 and up for the day between 6:30 and 8. 
• You take 1 or 2 short naps in the morning, a longer one in the early afternoon, and a short one in the late evening. You still sleep swaddled.
• You can sit independently for short periods of time and love to stand up with our help. Sometimes I have trouble getting you to bend to sit back down!
• You are such a happy boy and we love you!

Arabelle and Bo woke up around the same time this afternoon. Arabelle wanted to sit in "Daddy's chair" and watch some "choo choo" (Chuggington--A train show on Disney). I caught Arabelle and Bo holding hands.....makes this Mama happy. :)

Park

It was warm enough late this morning to head to the park! We haven't been in several weeks. Arabelle was excited to go!

Also, Happy Birthday to Mama Love! We had a great celebration on Saturday. Here are a couple of pictures from the party. :)

A day at home

We've stayed home the last couple of days since it's been so cold. I took a few pictures throughout the day today.

I had to wake the sleepy head up this morning.

This was yesterday, but Bo looks so funny in it to me. You can see his little neck! He stands up so straight in the exersaucer.

Despite staying home all day, we were busy. Arabelle helped wash dishes this morning, we did "school", which consisted of coloring a nativity scene sheet, reviewing the Christmas story, and practicing the ABCs, we made chocolate caramel crackers for her teachers at school, watched some 'choo choo', played with Bo, and had some 'snack snack'.

Arabelle didn't nap today, but spent a good while in her room playing and Bo took just a few short naps. They wore me out! I took a quick nap after Jared got home from work. :)

This is what Arabelle calls Anderson. She thinks he's pretty fun! Here are the pics I snapped of the 2 of them yesterday. I'll have another post about our day in Albany, celebrating Mama Love's birthday. :)

It will be fun to see Isaiah and Bo playing together soon! Isaiah kept trying to play with Bo, but Bo isn't quite ready yet. :)

Quiet

Arabelle is at Mamaw & Papaw's for the night and it's so quiet here! It was nice to have a quiet morning, but now I miss that girl! Bo seems bored too. : D

I've got the Christmas music channel on the TV and playing on the floor with Bo, so we're enjoying the quiet evening. I didn't take a picture today, but here's one from earlier in the week.
