We are in a pretty good routine around here lately. On the days that Bo is at school (Mon, Wed, Fri), we get dressed, do our Bible and prayer time, then go for a little walk before starting school for the day. I had Mae ready and called Arabelle. I was wondering what she was doing, because she's usually ready to go. She came out with her baby stroller and baby Tiana. :)
We both strolled our babies, then put them down for naps before starting with school for the day.
Arabelle got a big bicycle for her birthday, with no training wheels. We've been practicing a bit each day, on the grass for a while. Last week, she was brave enough to try it out on our street and she did great!!! I have to get her going still, then she's on her own!
*Not the greatest video, but I had to get her started and I was holding Mae, so I think it's pretty good, considering!
Bo likes to pretend he is a baby and Arabelle will stroll him around the house in the baby doll stroller. Friday, Arabelle wanted to stroll Mae, so I helped her in (and watched them closely!!).
Bo thought it was so funny and Arabelle was so happy.
It's kind of strange, but Arabelle rarely plays with toys, at least the way they were intended. She is so creative and makes up different games with everything.
In the afternoons, Arabelle 'rests' in the den on the sofa, since she and Bo share a room. I came in to find that she had made herself an outfit out of a Belk bag (they had been using it in their 'store'). Pretty clever!
She also enjoyed dancing in it.
Maybe she's got a career as a fashion designer in her future??
